Immersive space elevator installation

ELEV8 transformed an exhibition installation into an immersive space elevator, taking visitors on a journey through Airbus satellite manufacturing and the Biomass, Inmarsat and Solar Orbiter missions.

We captured panoramic 360° footage at Airbus’ Portsmouth satellite manufacturing site and combined it with CGI to create a continuous voyage from engineering and manufacture to launch and orbit. Delivered inside a bespoke physical elevator built by INITION, the experience brought complex aerospace technology to life through spatial storytelling, immersive media and integrated exhibition technology.
