City-wide WebAR exhibition

Direction Earth/Space used augmented reality to extend a city-wide exhibition about how satellite observation is changing life on Earth. Presented across central Lublin for six months and supported by ESA, the physical exhibition was enhanced with smartphone-based AR content that revealed additional layers of information and visualisation.

We led technical delivery of the augmented reality component and worked closely with the design team on the placement and behaviour of AR markers across the exhibition. The interactive layer was delivered through WebXR using 8th Wall and PlayCanvas, making the experience accessible directly from visitors’ smartphones.
